This is a slow class for all ability levels. We’ll integrate mindfulness, breath work, strength and movement to find a perfect balanced yoga class. Bring your own yoga mat. 

This is the last session in a 5-part series: Mondays, January 14, 21, 28, February 4 and 11.  Added Session: February 18.
