Spring is a wonderful time for fresh flavors! Join Bridgett Lowery of 416 and make two dishes that go together beautifully or stand alone on their own. The class will work together to make a spring veggie fritatta and a chicken and asparagus orzo salad with homemade dijon vinaigrette. Once it's all prepared, the class will eat together!  Students receive printed recipes.
