For your safety and the safety of our staff, each time slot is limited to 10 total guests. Tickets are only available two weeks out from today's date. If you're unable to select a particular date and time, tickets are unavailable for that time slot because the slot is sold out, for Members Only or more than two weeks from today's date.
Your Butterflies & Blooms Reservation includes General Admission to the Garden.
For your visit:
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time. If you arrive late, you will only be admitted if capacity allows. You may explore the Garden at any time from 9 am-8 pm on your scheduled date, but you will only be admitted into the Butterfly House at your visit time.
- Face coverings are required to be worn in the Butterfly House for guests 2 and up per CDC recommendations. Please bring your own.
- Proof of discount eligibility will be required at the Garden Entrance for purchased Senior, Military, AAA, AARP and Student Discounted tickets.
- If you are no longer able to attend your scheduled time and date, please call the Garden at 920.490.9457. Cancellations received at least 24 hours before your visit will receive a full refund.
- If the Garden closes the exhibit due to inclement weather, including heavy rain or extreme temperatures (real feel of 91 degrees or higher) you will be notified by email and/or phone and tickets will be refunded automatically.
